Team Charter

Revision: March 9, 2026

I. Mission

Our team exists to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, cooperation, and community building within the airsoft community.

We aim to build a disciplined and welcoming unit where players of all experience levels can improve their skills, enjoy the sport, and contribute to a positive and respectful environment.

Airsoft is both a sport and a shared experience, and we represent our team with professionalism on and off the field.

II. Core Values

All members are expected to uphold the following values:

Safety First

Safety rules and responsible handling of equipment are non-negotiable.

Team Over Ego

Individual skill is valuable, but teamwork always comes first.

Sportsmanship Always

Respect opponents, referees, and event organizers.

Integrity

Call your hits and play honestly.

Respect

Respect teammates regardless of rank or experience.

Discipline

Follow leadership and maintain radio and field discipline during operations.

Behavior that contradicts these values may result in disciplinary action.

III. Membership

Open and Free Membership

Membership in the team is free. There are no mandatory fees to join.

Commitment to the team is measured through:

participation
cooperation
adherence to team standards

rather than financial contribution.

Newbie and Veteran Friendly

We welcome both:

New Players

Those looking to learn teamwork and improve their skills.

Experienced Players

Those seeking organized squad play and a cooperative team environment.

Veteran players may be considered for accelerated progression through a Veteran Candidate integration process.

Contribution to the team

Ranks represent trust and responsibility, not authority for its own sake. Ranks may be reviewed for inactivity or violations of team standards.

Founding members maintain the final decision on all actual promotions and rank appointments.

VII. Veteran Candidate Integration

Experienced players joining the team may be designated as Veteran Candidates if vouched for by founding members.

Veteran Candidates will undergo an integration period to ensure compatibility with team culture and standards.

Final appointment to senior ranks requires validation of trust from the broader team.

Experience earns opportunity, but trust earns rank.

VIII. Conduct and Discipline

The following behaviors are not tolerated:

  • Cheating or failure to call hits

Senior members assist with mentorship, organization, and operational leadership during events.

Operational decisions during games are final to maintain coordination and safety.

Constructive feedback is encouraged outside of active play.
