Guests who enjoy playing with the team may choose to continue their journey as a Cadet.

Cadet

Aspiring members learning the team system

Cadets are players who wish to become full members of the team. During this phase, they learn how the team operates and begin integrating into squad-based gameplay. Cadets focus on understanding communication, teamwork, and coordination.

Typical Activities

  • Participate in team games and training
  • Learn radio communication and movement coordination
  • Play alongside experienced members

Cadets who demonstrate teamwork and consistent participation may advance to the rank of Private.

Private

Regular team member

Privates are full members of the Devil Dogs. They have demonstrated reliability and teamwork and are considered the backbone of the team. Privates play regularly with the team and contribute to squad operations during games and events.

  • Participate regularly in games and team activities
  • Follow squad leadership and team coordination
  • Support teammates during operations

Consistent performance and leadership potential may lead to promotion to Corporal.

Corporal

Fire Team Leader

Corporals lead small fire teams during games and help coordinate movement and communication at the squad level. They serve as the first level of leadership within the team and help guide less experienced members during gameplay.

  • Assist in training and mentoring newer members

Corporals who demonstrate strong leadership may advance to Sergeant.

Sergeant

Squad Leader

Sergeants lead squads and are responsible for coordinating multiple fire teams during operations. They ensure that squad members communicate effectively and execute team objectives during games and events.

  • Issue instructions during gameplay
  • Maintain communication with platoon leadership
  • Mentor fire team leaders

Lieutenant
